Barramundi Fishing Charters - Darwin Harbour
Try your luck catching barra on Darwin harbour. These tropical sports fish are caught on a myriad of fishing styles and will keep you guessing and trying at the best of times. We are lucky to be able to catch barra almost all year round and this high jumper will test your skills and luck.
Half day - $175

All Tackle Sportfishing Charters - Darwin Harbour
With an abundance of options available on the Darwin Harbour your guide will try and cover as many options that are available in your day any style can be catered for, light tackle sports fishing, high speed jigging or live bait fishing for barra. All tackle fishing is a free style options allowing the captain to hunt fish that suit that tide, then you take advantage of the moment, allowing you the greatest opportunity to hunt and stalk fish.
Species targeted include snapper, salmon, queenfish, trevally, mackerel, tuna and barramundi. Please keep in mind that different species are targeted on different tides.
Price is $880 maximum 4 passengers full day(this will depend on fishing style)

Vessels
Three (3) fully canopied vessels are available allowing a total capacity of 20 people. Rods, reels, tackle (on a replace if lost basis) and bait are all supplied along with water and soft drinks.
The maximum number of passengers of our vessels are 8 passengers with one vessel able to carry 4 passengers.

Small reef and wreck fishing
You can expect to be catching a large variety of fish including Golden Snapper, Queenfish, Trevally, Salmon, Blue Tusk, Rock Cod, Jewfish, Mackerel, Sweet lip and small reef shark.

Estuary Fishing
Estuary fishing allows the guide to catch live mullet prawns and other live bait in the cast net, this is favourite food of the barra, salmon, cod, golden snapper, and any other estuary dweller. Strip squid and pilchard work a treat as well as strip mullet to catch the fussy eater.
Fish varieties caught include threadfin and blue salmon, Cod, Queenfish, Golden Snapper and on the correct tidal variance Barramundi.
Although we promote catch and release, clients are free to take their catch if they wish so long as no regulations are being breached.
